About Me

Impartiality, Human Insight and Systemic Foresight.

I have managed my career at the intersection of different environments and representing others in their most vulnerable moments. Making sense of complexity and restoring proportion when stakes are high.

Raised across cultures, I learnt to listen between the lines, read the room, zoom out without disconnecting and adapt where needed.

I have often experienced where communication has broken down and where understanding can be restored. This has made me sensitive to context.

I look beyond rigid formulae (that just brings many opinions without real understanding or context).

My aim is to engage with the world in the next optimistic way.

    Core Disciplines & Attributes

Forensic Thinking - Legal training taught me how to manage uncertainty and look for what lies beneath. To listen beyond what is said, avoid assumptions. To understand the power of incentives and words.

Systems Awareness - These experiences have made me attentive to causes and their consequences — and how to help organisations adapt without losing their centre.

Impartiality - Managing tensions has taught me to suspend judgment, stay grounded, and build trust. I have seen how perception can either loose trust or build it.

Diplomatic Intelligence - Working across complex human and systemic environments, has shown me how to hold space, see different angles, get receptive and build a contract of trust.

Aesthetic & Philosophical Insight - Ten years ago, after a major personal shift as a parent, I turned to Stoicism and the art of Kintsugi — the Japanese philosophy of honouring repair. These values shape my work: practical wisdom, elegance under pressure, and the idea that insight can emerge from fracture.
