1. Services

Warren-Jones Associates (“hereinafter referred to as WJA”) offers strategic services in forensic and policy analysis, forensic communication and advisory support.

All services are delivered based on the client’s instructions and the information provided.

The scope of work will be clearly defined in writing via an agreement, email or format proposal - prior to commencement.

Clients agree to provide any necessary materials and confirm they hold the rights for their lawful use in the course of the work.

2. Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • 20% of the fee is payable upon commissioning,

  • The remaining 80% is invoiced on completion.

Any additional expenses will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Statutory interest may apply to late payments.3. Confidentiality

I treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment is received.

WJA retains the right to reuse non-confidential frameworks, tools, and insights developed through the engagement, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

WJA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Any work completed up to the termination due date will be invoiced and remains payable.

7. Data Protection

WJA adheres to UK GDPR requirements. Data is processed securely and used only to deliver the agreed services.

8. Force Majeure

WJA is responsible for delays or non-performance due to events outside of reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

10. Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on the WJA website.
