• A commitment to confidentiality, care, and ethical reflection

• A pause from the need to solve — and a step toward deeper understanding

What the Lab is not:

• A forum for political campaigning or prejudiced debate

• A substitute for legal advice or therapy

• A platform for crisis support

• A place for judgment, performance, or pressure
